You can make a Charitable Contribution
on your State Income Tax Form

In a very small section of your State Income Tax Form, there is a very big opportunity for you and other Georgians to make a huge difference in improving the quality of life in our state. A diverse group of charitable organizations have joined together as Checkoff Georgia, giving you the opportunity to support many of the state’s critical needs: from cancer research, to environmental and wildlife conservation, serving the elderly and children with disabilities, pet control, supporting education, and sustaining the families of the National Guard.

Information about each Checkoff Georgia fund is right here, just click and read. You can choose to donate to any or all of the organizations on your State Income Tax Form or donate now by going to the Fund's individual website. Whether you donate $1 or $1,000 to one or all eight funds, your contribution goes a long way towards building a better Georgia. If every Georgian donated just $1, Checkoff Georgia could raise millions!

Each fund within Checkoff Georgia is represented on the State’s Income Tax Form 500 and 500-EZ. Simply “Pick an Amount” in the box next to an organization and “Make it Count” by subtracting the amount from your refund or adding it to your payment. The Georgia Department of Revenue will automatically transfer your designated contribution to the group or groups you selected. It’s that easy!
